We have full-fledged Effluent Treatment Plant purify waste water from our process and recycle 99.5% of water we use.
By Installation and maintenance of High Technological equipments and strict adherence of Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board norms, ALC always achieve ZLD, Zero Liquid Discharge.
In addition, we Recover and Reuse upto 70% of salt used in Dyeing. We also save and reuse 5 Million Kilo Calories of heat energy daily.
